Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the A.S.A.P. AIR-CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES PTY. LTD. website or engaging our services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services & Quotes
A.S.A.P. Air-Conditioning and Electrical Services provides air conditioning installation, repairs, diagnostics and maintenance, as well as general electrical services across the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast regions.
All quotes provided via the website or over the phone are free and carry no obligation. Initial estimates may be subject to change following a physical site inspection. We will always provide an honest diagnosis and confirm final pricing before commencing any work.
3. Warranty
A.S.A.P. Air-Conditioning and Electrical Services offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on all repair and installation labour, commencing from the date of completion. Parts and hardware are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, third-party interference or tampering, general wear and tear, or pre-existing system faults unrelated to the work we performed. To make a warranty claim, contact our office with your job number or invoice reference and a description of the issue.
4. Licensing
All electrical and solar repair work is conducted by or under the direct supervision of ARCtick Certified. We adhere to all Australian standards and safety regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card, bank transfer and cash. Overdue accounts may incur additional collection costs. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Where parts have been ordered or work has commenced prior to cancellation, you may be liable for costs already incurred.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, A.S.A.P. Air-Conditioning and Electrical Services Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
